About Hague, New York
Hiking, swimming, sailing, or just sitting by the lake and watching the day go by, there are so many things to do in and around Hague and on Lake George.
The Town of Hague on Lake George is technically a hamlet. Sleepy for most of the year, the town springs to life in the summer swelling from around 900 to several thousand people taking their summer vacations there.

Food in Hague:
- The Hague Firehouse Restaurant (Rt 8): Great pizza, burgers, and drinks at a brand new establishment with a wonderful deck over the Hague Creek. The Firehouse can accommodate large private parties. Open most days. Ph- 518.543.6266
Food In Ticonderoga:
- Eddies Restaurant (Rt. 9N): Homemade pasta, and Italian food. Family owned. Restaurant is just 5 mins north of the town of Hague and is a great stop for a great post-race dinner with friends and family. Open most days for lunch and dinner. Ph- 518.585.7030
- Carrilon Restaurant (Rt. 9N): Just south of the town of Ticonderoga, you will find The Carrilon Restaurant, established by Chef/Owner Russ Slater in 1988.The Carillon is a full service restaurant specializing in Steaks, Seafood and Pasta.
Boat Rentals:
- Dockside Boat Rental (Rt 9): All the boats (Kayaks, Jet-skis, and powerboats) you need for a great time on the water!
Shopping & Things to Do:
- Fort Ticonderoga (nearby Ticonderoga): No trip to the Adirondacks is complete without a visit to historic Fort Ticonderoga. Come spend an afternoon at the fort and come away with a deeper understanding of American history from the French and Indian War and Revolutionary War periods of the 18th century.
