Friday, June 25
- Course Safety Meeting & Race-Packet Pick-Up (Olympic & Sprint participants)
- When: 5:00pm-6:00pm
- Where: Silver Bay, YMCA - Morris Hall (87 Silver Bay Road, Silver Bay NY- Directly off Rt. 9N, approximately 3 miles south of the town of Hague)
- Race-Packet Pick-Up (Olympic & Sprint participants)
- When: 5:30pm-7:30pm
- Where: Silver Bay, YMCA - Morris Hall (87 Silver Bay Road, Silver Bay NY- Directly off Rt. 9N, approximately 3 miles south of the town of Hague)
- Pre-Race Pasta Dinner (Free for racers, $10 each additional person, 12 and under free)
- Where: Silver Bay, YMCA- Dining Hall (87 Silver Bay Road, Silver Bay NY- Directly off Rt 9N, approximately 3 miles south of the town of Hague)
*Please remember to bring a valid ID, and USAT membership if applicable- No valid ID, no Race-packet
Saturday, June 26
- Olympic Distance Race Start
- When: 8:00am
- Where: Hague Beach
- Sprint Distance Race Start
- When: Directly following last Olympic wave (around 8:20am)
- Where: Hague Beach
- Race Awards
- When: 11:45am
- Where: Hague Beach
- Post-Race Party (Live music, food and refreshments)
- When: 11:45am-2:30pm
- Where: Hague Beach
